What Does this HVS Culture Test Result Mean?

Hi Doctor,
I done my HVS culture and sensitivity test and below is result of the test

Pus Cells: 15 - 20
RBC: 2 - 4
Epithelial Cells: +
Yeast: +
T. Vaginalis: NIL

Report: Normal Flora Isolated

I want to know is there any serious issue with my results as i want plan for pregnancy in this year.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The HVS report shows presence of 15-20 pus cells, 2-4 RBCs, 1+ epithelial cells, few yeast cells- all these are normal findings in a HVS smear.
The infection with trichomonas vaginalis is not detected which is also a normal finding.
You can plan a pregnancy with these findings.
The vaginal tract is free of any infection or harmful micro-organism.
